Fig Tree Camp was set up in the Masai area over 30 years ago, and through the years it has had the privilege of sharing the beauty and magic of a Mara safariwith many a traveller. The camp offers excellent camp activities ranging fromgame walks, bush breakfasts and balloon safaris.
Built on a beautiful site on the banks of the Talek River, Fig Tree has been carefully designed to blend in with the natural environment and provide luxury hospitality for all guests.
ACCOMODATION
The camp has 65 units comprising of: 38 tents with twin beds and private balcony overlooking the Talek River and Masai Mara National Reserve. 22 cabins withdouble and single beds. 5 cabins with twin bed. All rooms are en suite and have their private balcony.
Facilities in this camp include; two bars, a main dinning room, an open-air dinning area and a tree house coffee deck. Also available is a video room, guest lecture facilities, swimming pool and curio shop. The camp has a resident nurse and a medical clinic.
